My journal is Friend's Only to keep RL people out - but other than that, add away :).
- My friends and family are my life. They are the most important thing; I wouldn't be here without them. I tend on the optimistic side of life, although you might doubt if you read my rants! I'm a Christian. I'm a dreamer, a romantic and an idealist; I believe adventures will happen to me.
- I like eye contact, candy letters, old book smell, cherry Chapstick, alcopops and those random films they show late at night. I love the smell of summer. I like artsy films. And French films. And period drama. I escape into my television.
- Finally, you should be warned, I'll ship anyone who so much as stares at each other across the room... I'm a sucker for romance. Especially if it's pouty and unspoken.
Telly; I watch too much, it's really quite sad in all honesty. Currently fangirling: Doctor Who, Torchwood, Merlin, Gossip Girl, Being Human, Hollyoaks, Blackpool, Casanova, All The Small Things.
Films; Pride & Prejudice, The Duchess, The History Boys, Atonement, Bridget Jones' Diary, Wild Child, Peter Pan.

Matt Mayer; This boy is also a hero of mine. He died at 10.40am on Tuesday 23rd December 2008 of meningitis. He was a boy full of life and laughter and love. I think about him everyday and he is a constant reminder to me of the importance of life and how easily everything can be snatched away. I miss him.
